Access 2007, Ribbons or Switchboards user access

Hi guys

Need some advice

Existing 2003 database(very complex with several menus) runs as an mdb in access 2007, but shows menus as add-in.

For future development in access 2007 (where menu command bars no longer exist) , should I use ribbons or switchboards to create my menus.
