I have a report in Access 2007. When I run the report, it functions fine. When I flip to Design view and then attempt to run the report again in report view, Access gets hung up and the data doesn't appear correctly. Any thoughts?

If you help me, maybe I can help you.

When you have the report in print preview, where in Access 2007 ribbons do you click to flip it to design view? Or do you have to go to the navigation panel, find the report there and right click the mouse on it to flip it to design view?

The report is in a database that was converted from a previous version of Access. It is run from a switchboard. The switchboard runs the report and opens it in Print Preview. This is the way the report is normally used by my users. However, I wanted to make a small change in Design view.

I can also run the report from the navigation panel. Again, it opens in Print Preview. Whether I right click or use the ribbon to change to Design view and then change it back to report view, I think it behaves in the same manner, getting hung up and or changing the data.
