We are using Access 2007 32 bit on some Windows 7 os computers. Everything works fine on our Vista os computers, however, when we are trying to scroll through the forms, queries, etc in the Navigation Pane by clicking on the scroll bar, it jumps spiratically. I have heard that there may be a service pack update to rectify this issue, but I am not certain which service pack of 7 we are currently utilizing. Is there any setting in Access 2007 that I can change to fix this scroll bar issue?

Everyone will tell you to make sure your computer is fully patched....

You might also check for display driver updates. As a general rule applications work the same way on different versions of Windows although you might look at the mouse settings on both computers and see if something is different... (I'm not a 2007 user).
