Access 2007 ODBC File transfer record duplication

I am using Access 2007 to do an ODBC File transfer, and I am getting record duplication. It works fine in Access 2003. The weird thing is that it is only duplicating some of the records. Foxpro is the ODBC source.

DoCmd.TransferDatabase acImport, "ODBC", "ODBC;DSN=Live Data;;TABLE=", acTable, "main", "main", False

Any thoughts?

My first thought was that if it's coming from FoxPro you may be getting records that are marked as "deleted". That doesn't explain why it's only happening in Access 2007 though. Are you using the same ODBC driver for both?
