Access 2007 left hand pane where table etc are.

I somehow switched the view and now I can't seem to get it back.
I do this frequently and waste a lot of time trying to figure out how to just make consistant. I always want the tabs there so I can click back and forth.
Tables, Queries, Macros, forms, report etc. now I see something called "Custom Group 1" and unassinged objects? Say what?
And none of the right click options show anything normal.
Can I lock it in place when I get it like I want it?

There is a small dropdown arrow in the right-hand side of the navigation pane. Click on it, then click both "Object Types" and "All Access Objects". Right-clicking won't show you these options.
