When I open Access 2007, it fills the screen with the Templates choices, and I can't find a checkbox that says "Please don't show this annoying screen at startup".

How do I prevent this? All I want is a blank area with the menu where I can choose the File...Open or New, etc.
Thanks,

Sorry to say that the only way you're going to get rid of it is to move to Access 2010. There is no way to remove it if you just open Access. The only way it won't show up is if you open a database instead of opening Access first.

Thanks Bob...I think I'm actually going to stick with 2003, it does all I need.
