Access 2007 Getting Started screen

The new "Getting Started with Microsoft Office Access" opening page in Access 2007 is nice for developers, but how do you bypass it when users open Access? This screen has functionality and features on it that are not meant to be seen or used or played with by users. Thanks in advance for any help on this.

I do not get that splash screen when a db is opened directly in ac2007 which is the way a user would be using an application. Do you?

Thanks. With earlier versions, we don't have our users open the app directly, but thru MS Access first. I can see now that this will have to change.
