I have a Access db that was developed in Access 2003. Earlier this year the user and I upgraded to Access 2007. There were several problems, most of which have been resolved. However, form sizing continues to be a big issue - the forms will not retain their size. I set the size in Properties as well as using the handles to size it the way I want it in both design and form view and then save. Auto Resize is set to No. I've tried setting the borders as both sizable and thin. No matter what I do, the forms resize in both width and height the next time they are accessed - usually to fill most of the screen. The problem appears to be most prevalent in forms that contain one or more subforms. I've seen this question asked but never given a satisfactory answer. Hopefully someone out there has one.

I wish I had any bright ideas. I am having the same problem. Very irritating!
