Hi, I have an Access 2007 DB that I use to collect data using a form sent through Outlook. I have added some validation rules and input masks to the table where the collected data gets stored. Since the form in the email does not notify a person if they are violating one of the validation rules, it appears that when they reply to the email, nothing happens. The entry doesn't get added to the DB table and no notification occurs to tell anyone that a validation rule was violated. Maybe I'm missing something but shouldn't there be an error table created or something?

In table design view below your validation rule, enter an appropriate message in the Validation Text property.
