I have just updated from Access 2002 to 2007. When the users attempt to use the new database they get the OWC10.DLL error. I don't get the error. Any ideas what is happening. We are in an urgent state with multiple users unable to work in 2007.

It is outlook web components (OWC) which is causing your problem. You probably have a reference problem. (just be aware - that the OWC is no longer included with Office.

So, if you go into the VBA window, to TOOLS > REFEERENCES and uncheck the one marked MISSING and then close and reopen, it SHOULD fix it.

Thanks Bob...But I'm new at this....
I'm in Tools > References - but unsure what you mean by "one marked missing".

You SHOULD see the word MISSING prominently displayed when you look at the references next to the OWC one. But you would need to be looking from a computer which is having the issue.
