Access 2003 upgrade screen flicker 1

I just updated a computer to Access 2003 (from 2002) and now the screen flickers when the mouse is moved over text boxes on a form. The computer is a Pent II 450 with 256 memory. I don't know if the onboard video is at fault or what. Anyone seen this before?

I think there are some conditions that might cause something like that, perhaps in particular using tab controls, see Flicker with tab controls

Using the code provided I changed all labels in tabed forms to text boxes and fixed the maddening problem.
