I have a query that outputs a single line Company_Name, 1st_net, 2nd_net, 3rd_net, 4th_net, 5th_net which is the past five years of net_dollars and I wanted to create a little chart for these numbers. When I try to create a chart using the wizard my cpu goes to 100% and Access stops responding by either hitting preview chart or complete the wizard and try to open the chart. Anyone had any issues like this or have any suggestions.

Thanks,

Terry

A couple of thoughts...

1. Have you downloaded the service pack for Office 2003?
2. Do you have the most current version of Jet?

There were a number of issues with the original version of Access 2003...enough that I quit using it. I understand that the service pack has made the program much more stable, but I haven't reinstalled it so have no way to test the Chart wizard.
