Is there any way to determine a machine is installed with Access 2003 runtime or full version. My enironment is all machines have runtime, but some with full version.
I am trying to find all full version and upgrade to 2007 full.
Thanks for your help.

I would think the following code would error if it is the runtime....

Code:
DoCmd.SelectObject acTable, , True

I'm curious to see if that works, since I don't have the runtime.

lameid,
I post this question on the SMS forum instaed since I am looking for a way to query the SMS inventory.
Thank you very much for your comment.

I bet if you read the version of MSAccess.exe you would get enough information to figure it out... you could even check via the OS before going down that path.

Yeap, tried that.
Can't tell the diff from msaccess.exe & version.
Thanks
