Access 2003 Pivot Table Question

Hi,
I am working with access 2003 and using the pivot table option when running a query. After creating the pivot table within the row groupings an up and down scroll bar appears and the only way to see all the data within that graouping is to scroll. Is it possible to get rid of the scrolling and have all the data appear. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
