I have a pie chart report, in an Access 2003 database, that I have selected the check box for the amounts and percentages to show for each of the slices. One of the slices is a negative number but it is showing a large piece of pie and a positive percentage as if the number was positive. There is a cooresponding report that has the same numbers, but in a table format, and the negative number correctly has a negative percentage. I need the pie to show either a negative percentage or 0 %. A positive percentage is simply incorrect math.

Is there a way to override the percentages show in the pie chart?

Thanks for your help.

Change the results of your row source query to show the corrected values. Your graph will follow the Row Source query.

Are you suggesting that sending a negative number to a pie chart is a correct value? I would expect all values in a pie chart to be positive.
