Access 2003 on XP - Report Design/Wizard not working

When I try to create a report using report design, new, nothing happens. When I try to use the Wizard it allows me to go through the options, when I hit finish I get the message "wizard is uanble to create your report".

Any ideas? Our systems administrator recreated my template....

If you have a default printer you may try to change its driver.
