Access 2003 hangs in memory

Hi all, I have a machine that has problem with access 2003 everytime the user shuts it down, it stays in the processees list. So he can not start another one unless he does the alt+ctrl-del thing.


I have tried reinstalling the software and repairing it, no avail. I've been looking on google looks like few people had this problem in the past but there is no explanation on how to fix it.
