Access 2003 Form with .png

Is there any way to get an embeded .png file to display on a form. I have tried all kinds of things and nothing seems to work. The image displays fine in IE but only black shows up on form.

Me![ArtWork].OLETypeAllowed = 1
Me![ArtWork].SourceDoc = Me!ArtWorkShare + Me!ArtFileName
Me![ArtWork].Action = 0
