access 2003 error import and export to excel2003

I have access 2003 (11.6566.8132) sp2, and I try to export to excel 2003, I get an error message: "method parent of object form transport subform failed" and also I can't import I get another error message and the browse window to save the file does not get open.
In another computer everything fine accept the version of access is another (11.6566.8122) sp2.
Please help
