I want to turn the database into a webpage to use over our intranet. This will be easier than trying to install Access on everyone's machines. I remember in an older version of Access it was pretty easy to do. The one thing is the entry form has a subform.

Any thoughts on how to do this?

Thanks.

First, forget all you know about creating forms/subforms, vba coding, etc. within Access. Data Access Pages(DAPs) are WEB pages with the .htm extension. You'll be programming in the Internet Explorer environment , NOT Access, so you'll be coding in VBScript or JScript. You can not have a subform on a web page. So, your choice is to redesign what you want to display on the web or create hyperlinks from one web page to another. You can filter what appears on the next web page to simulate a subform.
If you're on an intranet, why not just put the database on the server on a shared drive? Then everyone can use it with no DAP's being created. Think easy first.

The file itself is on our "server". But not everyone has Access on their machine. Now I thought Access had a runtime program that you could use. But I am not seeing it in 2003.
