When I go into design view of a chart or graph, and double click so that the data sheet appears, I notice that the data sheet doesn't have the same data currenly in the chart or graph. How do I update it to have the current data? If I delete the data in the data sheet then the chart disappears in design view and I can't see my changes until I go back to print preveiw.

thank you

Dawn

In the design view of the report, go to the query design view of the chart's row source. View this in datasheet view and select and copy all records.

Close the datasheet view and double-click the chart to open it. View the datasheet of the chart and paste your clipboard records over the sample records.

Exit the chart control.
