I have an existing report design that needs to print with new data from a text file. If I do File - Get External Data, Access just adds the new data into a new table. I can't figure out how to get the new data to show up on my report under Reports. Can anyone help?

This is what I "think" you are saying.
Additional data was added to my table but it isn't showing in my report, why?

Well, it is possible that your report is "filtering out" that information because of the criteria set when the report was designed. Is the report based on a table or a query?

If your report is designed to return information about Bob and the data is everything but Bob, then Bob is not included.

If you are importing the data to a new table it won't be included in the source for your report. You will either need to insert the new data into the original table or create a query which contains data from both tables.
