Access 2003 and email

Hi, I am working on a project in work. I have a database that contains information about Memory sticks that have been signed out by users. I would like to create a form or some kind of macro that when a users name is clicked, it will send the user an email.

I would like the Emails to be in a similar format to,

Hi (username),

On 9(date) you signed out a memory stick. Is this still required?

Yes, but you would have a better chance getting your answer using forum 705 "Microsoft:Access Modules (VBA Coding)". Try using "automate e-mail" in your search critera.
