I was told that you can't change the sorting/grouping of an access report except when creating it. Is there some kind of work around for this? I need to display a report off the sorting of the form that I'm in. I don't want to have to make
12 reports and then call the one sorted by the form I'm in. Is this my only option.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Tommy

Hi there!
After a report has been created, you can right click the detail area and bring up sorting and grouping options. Also, you could feed a query into the report to prehandle sorting and grouping, so I'm not sure where your "helper" got his or her information. I'm not quite sure what you meant by this:
I need to display a report off the [!]sorting of the form[/!] that I'm in

But if you use a query to handle your form's sorting, the same query can feed your report.

Hope this helps.

Tom
