I have a report that prints invoices. Almost all the invoices are perfect, but one of them comes out with an extra page with the heading, footer & no data. Page 1 is full & complete, but I can't figure out why page 2 prints out. Any help would be much appreciated!

Access 2002 Report has extra page

Decrease the width, and shorten up the spaces between fields in your footers. Make everything as tight as possible. My experience is, if even one field is one line of data larger (when the field is filled as the report is run), and your margins are maxed out, it can kick out the 2nd blank page. Your format must be on the very edge of using the entire 11 inch length. Also, try decreasing the margins in the top and bottom of your forms, if you haven't already.
