I had posted this in another forum with no response - perhaps this is a better place for my question.

I have developed a query for a user to gather all of the information he needs. To provide this information in one place rather than several reports, I placed it on a pivot table form. However, one of the numbers in the query is a decimal based number i.e. 19.356. When I place the field on the pivot form, it only displays 19 with no decimal places. I have tried the following changing the format in the query to standard, 3 decimal places to no avail. When I recreated the form, it displayed the number with decimal places, just no data in the decimal places - i.e. 19.00.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
