Can anybody tell me if there are any major program differences between these two versions of Microsoft Access? And if so, what are they?

I don't believe there is (programmatically speaking), but having gone from Access 97 to 2003, I cannot give you a confident answer. The folks in forum181 however, would probably be able to give you a more in-depth or concrete answer.
