Hi Guys,

Just wondering if any of you guys have experienced the following problem.

I have a hyper link from my home page to a Access Database, so when we click on the link you have the option to Save or just to Open the Access database. Which inturns executes MS ACCESS ( Version 2000).

My problem is that when we exit the database it sometimes (not all the time), will still have a MSACCESS.EXE process running in task manager. For the duration some user had about 5-6 MSACCESS.EXE processes running even though they exited from Access Database..

Therefore anyone else who tried to open the database later would fail. I then have to go to each workstation and kill all the MSACCESS.EXE from their task manager and then this problem was resolved...

My question is ,

1)Why is the process still running even though you have exited Access
2) Is there any known problems using MS ACCESS through a hyperlink on a webpage...

Thanking you in advanced
