Access 2000 page errors

Whenever I try to place an office chart on an Access 2000 page I get the following error:

'run-time error 424
object required.'

I have re-installed Access 2000 numerous times, including all the add-ins, etc etc. But I am still having no luck.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Any help would be very very useful.

the problem is probably in DAO
