One of our developers left the company and converted a mdb to a mde. Is there any way to reverse engineer the mde file so we can continue development. [sig][/sig]

Sorry you cannot reverse an mde file, it is compiled to prevent such a thing.

Every source recommends creating a backup mdb copy before making the mde. If your previous guy had any sense he/she
made a copy--maybe it's floating around in a dev folder. . . [sig][/sig]
