I have created a Data Access Page report that I intend to distribute by creating an .mde file and attaching it to the email. No problems with this but as the DAP is embedded within Access I want it to open full screen. This seems to be difficult - there are properties that I can set for the 'onactivate' of the DAP but I can't find any help on what to put in here to either run a maximize command or to call a macro.

Does anyone know how to call a macro or the syntax for entering code into one of these property lines??

This sounds soooo simple it must be possible!

Thanks Zameer.

I am not running the report with any HTML editor - it is all self contained in Access and is to be distributed as an mde file. Users don't have IE or netscape etc.

I have found a way to do this now. I created the VB in the on open event of a form that initialises the layout prior to opening the DAP - this seems to work but is probably not the 'cleanest' solution. Any futher advice is always welcome.

As far as I know DAP can't be embedded in the AccessDB. What you see in the db window is a shortcut and DAP is saved into a different location.

Are you sure that I am wrong ?
