I am trying to add an authorisation field to the bottom of an Access Form. As the database is to be used for authorising Purchase Orders within the Finance department, I need to add some sort of 'Electronic Signature' to the authorisation field. This will used to track and audit who has signed off the PO request, so it has to be quite robust and secure.
