Access 2000 - Duplicate Query Wizard not working

Installed MS Office 97 on W98SE and then installed Access 2000 on my laptop from work to do a few projects from home. When I try to execute Duplicate Query Wizard - nothing happens. IF I try it on my home PC (Access 2000, WXP) I get a mesaage to install this option - but I need to do this on the lap top, where I do not get the error. Ideas??
