Access 2000 and Crystal Reports 8.0

I am trying to create a Crystal Report from my Access 2000 database. I am using the report wizard from within Access 2000. The crystal reports add-in is available for me to use. I choose Crystal Report, then the table I want to report on, after clicking ok, I get an error message:

Error #429
Error Description: (this is blank)

I have been to the Microsoft website and Crystal Decisions with no luck...

Any ideas?
