Access 2000 .adp and Shift Key prevention

I have the code to use for preventing users opening an Access .mdb file thru holding down the Shift Key, but does anyone know of the code like this to use with ADO and Access 2000 project .adp files?

I want to prevent the users from getting at the database window and the objects by holding down the shift key. Thanks in advance for any help or links you can provide.
