Accesing Terminal Server via VPN

Hi, I have a challenge and need some help. I have installed a VPN going through a Cisco 3000 VPN concentrator via RSA authentication manager. Users can VPN in ok but cannot get onto there Terminal Cluster. If they change there shortcut and go directly to the server it works ok but not to the cluster address. When VPN'd in a can ping all the individual terminal servers but not the load balance IP address. Anyone had a similar issue
