Accepting User input queries 1

I have developed a database in Paradox 7. I would like the user to enter a number. (ie. the field in the table is Route. The user enters '1',or any number of choice to pull up all records pertaining to Route 1.)

I would like this query to then be sent to a report so that it can be viewed and printed.
