Accelar drops DM

I have added an 1100R-A (SW 1.3.2) to supplement an original 1100. (has 2x 1102sx GB cards, hw rev.A)

I can open it in Device Manager, but after about 30 secs, regardless of whether I'm reading/changing or leaving DM idle, the Accelar seems to drop the connection. (errors when saving/reading, GUI goes 'gray'.

Switching seems unaffected, telnet is still OK, and I can open it up again, once I force DM to close, but oh man is it annoying.

Is this a setting out of place, or a likely fault?

Make sure that you are running the most current version of Device Manager. If that doesn't help, then you may want to call Nortel. They may have insight as to any bugs related to certain versions of code and Device Manager.

Upgrade the code in that 1100R.What DM version are you using?
More than likely the code and DM version are not compatable.
