Accdb - Odd opening problem on double-click.

Hi, I have something rather strange going on:

If I double-click on any .accdb to open, I end up getting a DDE time-out error. Doesn't matter if the files are local or on a server, split or one piece.

If I start Access 2007 first and then 'file open' the same .accdb or any other .accdb, they open without error.

If I double-click on any .accde, they open fine without error.

This started happening several days ago and as far as I know,
nothing has changed.

Any ideas as to what may have happened where I cannot double-click on an .accdb to open it?

Never Mind.

Sometimes it works wonders if you shut down the PC and restart it.
