Is there a way to shut this off. 90% of what I do is write VBA code to automate the database. There is a warning message and an optoins button, clicking it, allows a radio button to be checked and then it runs the VBA code. how do I have it run it all the time and not have the warning?

OK I have this from pbaldy's suggestion.

"Add the path where your databases are stored: Office Button | Access Options | Trust Center | Trusted Locations."

When I click the Office button there is no Access options?
either with the database opened or closed.
I don't have service pack 1 installed.

Nevermind, I found it,its not a menu option its a button at the bottom of that menu in the border of the menu.

But now I get another message saying the F:\Task Order is not secure.
There is a check box on that screen saying allow network folders (not recommended)
So now I have it, but it's not as straight forward as the above...

Ok here are the complete steps

Open Access 2007
click Office Button (round button in upper left)
(look at the bottom of that menu for 'Access Options' button, its located in the menu border.)
Click Trust Center on the left.
Click trust center settings (middle left button)
in the upper the left "Trusted locations"
At the bottom check "Allow trusted locations on my network.."
at the bottom "Add new location"
Browse to folder where database is located.
check the "subfolders of this location..."
Click OK all the way back out.
That should do it.
