Can anyone help me with the following.

I have already passed the assesments for IP Office Implement.

In order to get my ACA I now need to take either CPT or COMPTIA Convergance + Exam. Does anyone have the self study guides for this?

Where does appear the COMPTIA?

ACS=ACA+Advanced Apps+IPO Elective Exam

ACE=ACS+IPO Expert Exam+a photographic memory for the security setting on CCC/IMS!!!!

Trust me here when I say a full session on avaya university, pass all the PA's and be fully confident with the avaya IP office and you wont need these kits.

I would never buy off ebay. EVER.

The online IP office knowledge base should fill the gaps of any lack of knowledge.

The IP Office Stuff on AU is the easy part
Its the CTP or COMPTIA that I am having issues getting more info on, preparing, etc.

Any advice?

Just be sure you know networking,wan,protocols,telephony etc etc

Do the studt course at Westnet ou get all the course material to study with it and it is discounted if you do it via the Avaya Learning Centre.

Or do the five day course with Westnet Learning which almost gurantee's you a pass.
