AC2 - how to automate it

Hi all,

We currently use AC2 as 0 for external dialing. Is there anyway i can make a bunch of phones, not have to dial 0 everytime they dial outside? Basically, turn it into an external phone. If so, is it possible to use pretranslation after this has been changed?
