I upgraded a Rls24.25 (with existing database) to Succession 3.0 , and after the upgrade we couldn't call 00 - long distance calls with AC1 from the phones , because in the D channel monitor

CALLING #:6595 NUM PLAN: E164 TON: UNKNOWN
CALLED #:00 NUM PLAN: E164 TON: UNKNOWN

DCH 3 UIPE_IMSG CC_PROCEED_IND REF 00000626 CH 1 28 TOD

DCH 3 UIPE_IMSG CC_DISC_IND REF 00000626 CH 1 28 TOD
CAUSE: #28 - INVALID NUMBER FORMAT

00 called number message coming from the Meridian .
FLEN 0,UNKNOWN the TON, OVLS NO ,(i tried it with OVLS YES too) and nothing any kind of restrictions on the phones.

I dialed the complete number from any phones, and i saw only the 00 in the Called number field without the rest of the number.

I tried it with TSC , and that is working without any special settings!

Could anyone tell me what is the solution?

Sorry, 00 like international code

not sure where you are but in america we dial 011 for international. I think in europe they also dial 011 forinternational.

Sorry, I guess your trying operator assisted international calling.

if you need 00 for some reason i would put it in the spn table, and leave 011 + country code for restrictions, i have never needed 00 either but it should work with a spn entry

I wasn't exact: the AC1 is 0, and after i dialed the 00(it is the SPN - the international code here in Europe) + country code + calling number . Before the upgrade it is worked.

But after that in the D channel, only the 00 was visible, and the rest of the callingnumber what i dialed, not.

In the original settings the FLEN was 20 for the international calls, after the upgrade when we couldn't call international calls i've changed it to 0.
The OVLS was YES in the D channel, i've changed to NO.
Nothing.

In my last despair i tried to call international phonenumbers with TSC. I adjusted the TSC access for example to 4 with the existing RLB (what the AC1 used before), and i've changed the DGT to DEL 1. Instead of the AC1(0) i've tried to call the 4 00 country code + calling number ,and it worked..

I didn't make any restrictions on the phones before or after of the upgrade. After that we couldn't call international numbers, only with the TSC. The other SPNs of the AC1 are working properly, just the 00 not.

make sure your local office knows that you did an upgrade, they may need to modify their switch for your changes. is you ld interface dns? simmons?..

i haven't gotten those prompts so can't help with that. try a dmi to delete 2 and insert 00. or toggle vsel. and stat serv in ld 96. i've had to swap ser messages on to off or off to on after some upgrades. same with vsel in ld 16
