Hi

I am trying to figure out the programming for the F keys on an AC WIN V4. We have an number that is presented under F5 then I am trying to remove from the console and just let it ring on the extension.

I have got the Operators User Guide for the Attendant Console V4 but I don't have a programming guide for the ISDX

does such a thing exist and does anyone have a copy I could get so I can get this number removed.

Although both systems (HiPath and iSDX) use ACWIN
Please try posting in the forum964
for a more refined response from iSDX/Realitis guys.

LPAS 12 (or LPAS 8 if you only have 8 operator keys) will show you which operator groups are assigned to each button.

LOG A will list the operator group and their pilot extensions

LOG XX will list the operator console in that group along with any overflow (OF) or Night Service (NS) set

LOVL A will list the queue settings for the operator groups and the consoles.

If you wish to divert the group to an extension permnanently, once you no the group...
use ROG XX <Pos> N to remove all the operator consoles
use ROG XX NS <Extn> and ROG XX OF <Extn> to point the night service and overflow to go to the extension.

Any calls arriving at the queue will follow the overflow routing. You will see the button briefly light up in AC-Win as the call enters and leaves the queue.

If it is a special function such as Executive Assist (EAS) then you are out of luck as these have to go to a console button.
