AC WIN NOT WORKING 1

Hi all
I have AC win attendant V2 connected with hipath4000 V5
I want to use openstage 30T as atendent but I can not able to program F keys to use parking and hold and transfer by operator
please can any one help me how to setup openstage 30T as attendant console

You cannot have and Openstage 30T defined as an (day) attendant console.
Either you have an AC Win attendant PC application (DQ - double queue ; MQ - multiple queue ; IP) or and old AC4 - attendant console individual device for example.
You can use individual stations/devices only as a night option.

I know that but I in emergency case I want to configure any f key ( such as key 16 ) on openstage 30T as parking incoming external call until to transfer it to internal station
can any on help me to configure f key to park call and transfer it

It looks like you need Key System Functionality on that phone

For emergency case (ACwin appl failure/not in service) you need to set in AMO ACSU: param STNOOOS=.... (as extension number of openstage 30T device).
And after that you may set this device as you want it (keysystem ....)
Or you can set this device as permanent night option for ATND gr (via AMO VFGR & ACTDA:ATNDGR).
You cannot park calls,but only within a Pick up group.
So only hold & transfer would be possible if the device is not added in a pick up group.
