I don't think so. I looked at the config for Call Journal (part of AC-Win) and it says outgoing and incoming answered only on the config box, so I guess you've tried that. So apart from that, it would be via CDR records.
The primary function of the Attendant Console is to answer and transfer calls.
If you wish to have missed calls then setup a NAVAR-night service option and send the calls to that phone which would have missed calls.
