Good morning all
any one help me to solve problem in AC-win 2Q IP v2 connected with Hipath 4000 V5 whe I starting attendant program the window seems ok mean Get line, AutoAnswer, private line are activated but when I click on any ( First party , second party, Redirection ,status, changed to inactivated and lower right on the program window indecated No connection

How to solve this problem

If the PLUG Icon is not lit - then the Console will not work.

In your case it looks like a license issue.

Get the licenses sorted out and the Console should work.

My 2 thoughts here....

There is almost an hour of difference between the times on the taskbar of these 2 computers. Did you really take the photos that far apart, or could this possibly be an issue where one of them did not adjust for daylight savings time?

My second thought is that 90% of all problems I have with the (existing) consoles are due to sound profile settings. Go up top to Options and then choose Ringer settings and make sure you have valid choices for headset listen, headset microphone, and signalling device (usually a speaker on the PC). 2nd speaker can be optional and I usuallyalso set it to a speaker on the PC. Mixer/control is usually set to "soundcard".

I would look in there too. If you do make corrections and it solves the problem, make sure you save workspace after so the changes get saved.

check headset connection. must used headset
