AC Ticket creation from intranet

Hello everybody!

I currently use my intranet to record the new tickets in AC. To do that I had to create Null fields first with a periodical import of a text file composed of numbers of next tickets. Thus the recording is an update of those fields.

Is there a way to create the lines during the intranet procedure?
Maybe with an API?

Your description is a bit small in my opinion. I'm not sure what you want to do ...

Why don't you just use Connect-It as the layer between your intranet (Webserver with html-forms I suppose) and AC.

Let the form/html send a mail to a special account and then use connect-it to transfer them (Mail-connector) to AC.
So Connect-It will take care of the data processing in AC (incl. API) and give new tickets new numbers (f.a. with the amCounter-Function)

But I'm still not sure this is what you need
