What exactly was wrong with my "useful" answer in thread732-1710189 where I already pointed out the jennic support forum as well as the probable source of your problem?
Looking at your other threads I must assume you have never grasped the deeper meaning of the forums here and I doubt if you ever will.

I've seen quite a few posts of him. He hardly responds, seldom follows recommendations, seldom shows whether a post was useful.
