Absolute Newbie needs to LEARN!

Hi there

I am a total newbie in Flash. I really want to learn how to make flash for websites including movies, animations, menus, etc. I am pretty well-versed with ASP, javascript, HTML, CSS, etc. Where should I turn for some serious beginner help? Books? I considered the "Teach yourself in 24 hours" guides, but I'm not sure.

Any advice would be very welcome. I definitely want to learn from the ground-up.
